Pcb controller Seagate

Hallo habe diese Seagate 320 GB Festplatte die nicht mehr erkannt wird.
Nun habe bei ihnen eine passenden Controller gesehen, das Problem ist die BIOS Firmware Version soll ja auch gleich sein wie ich rechachiert habe. Könnten Sie mir bitte da weiter helfen?

Those problem is caused by the HDD firmware corrupted.You can find a data recovery company help.

Wenn ich diese passenden pcb Controller kaufe und bei der alten den BIOS Chip austauschen lasse oder ist der Chip beschädigt?

The HDD will not damage, however, swapping PCB can’t help.
